These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Game Khelo platform and all services provided under it. Game KheloBy registering on or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

• Users must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Game Khelo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Violation of any part of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.

To open an account on Game Khelo, you must provide accurate personal information. Each person may hold a maximum of one account.

• You must provide your real name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth when registering.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, or device is strictly prohibited.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• KYC requires a scanned copy of your national ID or passport along with a selfie.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.

Game Khelo supports all major mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500।
• Maximum Single Deposit Amount: ৳5,00,000।

Game Khelo is committed to ensuring fast and secure withdrawals. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are only available to KYC-verified accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500।
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (May be higher for VIP members).
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. If additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the associated wagering requirements must be met.

Game Khelo offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to each member once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering amount has been completed.
• Wagering requirements are generally 20x to 30x may apply (varies by bonus).
• Wagering must be completed within the specified period after activating a bonus.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account closure, and all funds in the account may be forfeited:

• Multiple Accounts operating or attempting to operate.
• VPN or Proxy Accessing the platform from a restricted region using

• Collusion – Multiple players colluding to artificially boost another player's winnings.
• Money Laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• False Identity to manage the account.
• Platform's Technical Error or intentionally exploiting bugs.
• Another player Harassment, Threats or disrespecting others.

Game Khelo may close or suspend an account either on its own initiative or at the member's request.

• Members may permanently close their account at any time by contacting support.
• Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Game Khelo reserves the right to close any account without prior notice for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• A cooling-off period is also available through our responsible gaming tools.
• You may apply to reopen a permanently closed account; however, approval is at Game Khelo's sole discretion.

Game Khelo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of any changes through the following:

• A notification sent to the email address registered to your account.
• A pop-up notification on the platform at login.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be changed.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Game Khelo shall not be held liable for the following:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Payment delays caused by third-party providers.
• If the account holder personally shares their password and a loss results from this, no liability will be accepted.
• Temporary service interruption due to technical issues.
